Our vision is: “Buy everything you love and love everything you buy”, enabling everyone to shop effectively by creating a better experience for shoppers.

TryBuy allows online brands to offer a Try-Before-You-Buy service. Shoppers can check out the items at $0 to try the items. They will have limited time around 2-3 days to try the items, then they will only pay for the items they keep. For any item that they do not want to keep, shoppers can print out a prepaid return label and send it back to the brand.

Brands can get more sales, increase basket size, and build customers’ loyalty once try-before-you-buy begins. The research showed that brands can increase their conversion rate by 24% and their revenue by over 39% after adopting TryBuy.

TryBuy will use an automated fraud detection system to assess if shoppers are qualified to use the service. TryBuy will also bear the cost of damaged items in case the returned items are damaged. In exchange for these benefits, TryBuy will charge a small percentage on sales (3-8%) made through TryBuy as a service fee.
